We didn’t know for the fact what’s the reason of the drop-offs but the loss that business was dealing because of this was very high approx ₹20-₹30K/month

Me and one member of UX research team took out the responsibility to analyse the drop-offs. We watched user sessions from Clarity, analysed the event patterns of users from Mix panel and also did user calls to multiple cohort of users
